The Concept Statement serves as a ‘terms of reference’ for the drafting of the Comprehensive NRM Plan and was one of the first steps undertaken towards developing it. The Concept Statement sets out the proposed scope of the Comprehensive NRM Plan and identifies topics and issues which will be discussed with the community during its development.
