Until Comprehensive Regional NRM Plan becomes a reality, Northern and Yorke's natural resources are covered by an Initial Plan created in 2006.

This Initial Plan is the business (financial) component of the INRM Plan and brings together existing plans and programs set up under the old legislation.

Most of programs and projects included in this plan were developed after discussion with people in the Northern and Yorke region.
