13 November – Government, peak bodies and key agencies briefing sessions on draft NRM Plan

Government, peak bodies and key agencies are invited to comment on the region’s draft Natural Resources Management Plan. Information about the plan will be provided in a briefing session on 13 November. The NRM Plan provides a blueprint for managing land, water, biodiversity, marine and coastal environments in our region and your feedback will help to determine the final content of the NRM Plan. The region’s economic viability depends on healthy natural assets such as soils and water and the regional NRM Plan will have major implications for the productivity of the region. Come along to the briefing and have a say in the future of our region.
