The Upper North, the Lower North and Yorke Peninsula are the three sub-regions that make up Northern and Yorke, and each one has its own natural resources management group.
Group members have experience in fields as diverse as pest plant and animal control, local government, tourism, natural science, water resources, soil management and farming.
NRM Groups meet regularly with Board staff to consider and progress operational issues such as animal and plant control and on ground works funding matters.
They also work within the community to help spread the word about the best way to manage our natural resources.
